Anyone who has been tasked with refurbishment will be acutely aware of the many conflicts between the various parties involved. Architects, interior designers, builders, painters & decorators, fitters, contract furnishers, flooring, ceiling ... and more.

Is it possible to find a British interior design company that undertakes the entire project from discussing an idea or dream right through to handing over the completed job.?

It seems logical that a good UK based project management company with design and construction expertise should be able to work directly with the clients ... or indeed their architects.

This notion applies not just to UK new-build contracts but refurbishments.
