Fuel management is an essential part of running any vehicle or indeed a company fleet. Fuel cards are an excellent replacement to cash and debit cards because they offer flexibilty, security and convenience. Diesel Direct cards provide the advantage of giving the driver the facilities to re-fuel at over 920 conveniently located sites nationwide, and the network is growing all the time. Each cardholder receives a comprehensive site directory, which is regularly updated. You can order as many or as few cards as you like. Each can be assigned to an individual name or vehicle registration, or both - as you choose. Standard annual membership is just £6 per card. That's less than 12p per week for good fuel management UK style. |

Flexible Reporting means that fleet managers or indeed your accounts department will receive regular invoices - weekly, fortnightly, or once a month, as you prefer. Fleet Management Reporting provides comprehensive statement to let you control and monitor all the transactions on each card, so you can spot any irregularities, but also identify opportunities for improved efficiency in your fleet.
Automatic Direct Debits mean that you save on time and effort, you have greater security for your payments, plus your cashflow benefits from up to three weeks' interest free credit.
Diesel Direct Fuel Cards offer Smart Card Technology, this means that each Diesel Direct Fuel Card comes with a microchip, which gives you flexibility to select specific features for each card. What's more, all our cards are PIN protected for additional security.
So, lets say that Driver A fuel card has permissions to purchase lubricants and diesel, whereas Driver B returns to base where his vehicle is serviced, thus his fuel card has permissions for diesel only. With a Smart Card, you can even control the days and times the card can be used. Details such as your maximum vehicle tank capacities can be recorded, so that you can be alerted to any overuse.
Fixed Pricing means Bayford
prices are fixed monthly, unless you request a different schedule, allowing
you to budget more easily. You also pay the same price, fixed below the national
average, no matter where in the country you fill up, opening the door to huge
potential savings.
If you choose the zero liability option
on the new microchip card and are then unfortunate enough to have it stolen,
you will not be liable for any fraudulent drawings made on your Diesel
Direct Fuel Card. 24-Hour Stop Facility allows you to notify us immediately
if your card is lost or stolen.
